Timeline for booking, payment, and lesson

  1. Booking
    1. appointments at least 3 days ahead (current limitation)
    2. up to 6 appointments (current limitation)
    3. The customer may cancel the appointment (before approval).
  2. Approval
    1. The instructor will approve the appointment within 36 hours of the request submission.
    2. Automatically canceled in case of expiration or refusal
      1. The reason is notified In case of refusal.
    3. The customer may cancel the appointment.
  3. Payment
    1. deadline is 24 hours before the beginning of the lesson appointment.
      • Note: You need to order with 0 payments even for free lessons.
    2. The customer may cancel the appointment (Full refund – Paypal transaction fee).
  4. Less than 24 hours before the lesson
    1. The appointment cannot be canceled on the web page.
    2. Contact support (PM or email) and the instructor (email) to cancel the appointment
      1. 50% refund
      2. In case of casualty, consult support.
  5. Start Lesson (lesson schedule assumed to be 9:00 to 10:00)
    • 8:50 Connect your device and open the lesson page and open the lesson URL.
    • 8:55 Prompt for checking devices appears.
    • 9:00 — 9:10 Test your camera and mic. Call the instructor and wait for the answer
      • 9:15 is the lateness limit. Treated as a “no show” after 9:15
      • no refund for “no show”.
    • 10:00 End of the lesson
      • The communication automatically closed. The top bar color shows the closing time approaches.
      • You can close the lesson earlier than if you and the instructor agreed.
